Zechariah 9-10; Psalm 145; Proverbs 30:32; Zechariah 9:9-12

Reading such a clear prediction of Christ today, how He would come and all He would accomplish, is a great reminder that celebrating Jesus isn’t just for a season or a day but for all of life. Jesus, the prophesied Messiah, came to transform all of time and history and has left an indelible mark on His people that endures, in season and out of season, calling us to respond every moment of every day to our gracious, loving God. Today, the message is not ‘Don’t let the Christmas spirit fade,’ rather the message is, ‘Look what God has done! How can we not continually respond to such an amazing gift?’
